** THE SPACE **
Welcome to Cedar Bear Chalet! With modern furnishings, appliances, and décor all meticulously chosen to provide a luxurious and comfortable experience for our guests!
The main floor has a fireplace, an open-concept dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has access to the expansive deck overlooking the patio and yard. There is a 55" Smart TV mounted over the mantel, and plenty of seating for large parties for dining and hanging out! The kitchen is well-stocked with a microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and utensils for creating large feasts for your friends and family. We also supply coffee, k-cups, and spice rack!
Each bedroom has room-darkening shades & curtains and premium memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom closet will have extra pillows and blankets. There is also a space heater available to use.
The guests comfortably holds 12 guests.
- There are 2 bedrooms on the main level that share a full bathroom.
- The upstairs is exclusively for the master bedroom and has a master bath with a walk-in closet and his and her's sink.
- The downstairs was designed to be a kid's haven! There is a gear room, ping pong table with couch, all the kids' bunks, a 43" 4k Roku TV with Nintendo Switch, board games, Street Fighter 2 arcade, and a Simpsons 4-player arcade machine! They have a full bathroom with a laundry machine.
**Please no adults on the top bunks and trundles, those are kids only due to the supported weight capacity.
- Well-lit firepit area with Adirondack chairs and additional seating (May-Oct)
- Private outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenic beauty of the surroundings.
- Ample parking space is available for your convenience.
We, as the hosts, are always a phone call or text away! Call us for anything, we will do everything humanly possible to ensure you have a 5-star stay experience!
** HOUSE RULES (please read before booking)**
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
- No parties or events - if you are looking to play loud music or make a lot of noise outdoors this house is not the right fit.
- Must be 25+ yrs old to book (photo ID may be required)
- No additional guests than you have specified are allowed on the property
- No pets allowed
- No adults on the top bunks or trundles please those are for kids only
OTHER HELPFUL TIPS:
There is a washing machine and dryer located on the ground floor with detergent.
WHERE TO PUT YOUR GEAR?
New Ski & Bike Shed (keys right inside the front door) with rack for skis, snowboard, and bikes!
There is also a gear room located on the ground floor with it's own entrance. Very useful for loading and unloading gear directly from the car!
All the TVs are smart Roku TVs that have guest mode enabled. This is a great feature that allows you to enter your own login access to your streaming services that will automatically be removed at the end of your stay.
Once you have reserved our home, we will be sending you text communications as well as a digital guest book that lists all the information you will need to have a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our family ski vacation week. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The kids loved the basement with all the games! Would definitely book again.

Great place with plenty of separate spaces for family to spend time without feeling like you are on top of each other. Family with teens headed to Sunday River for double diamond slopes, family with little kids enjoyed mellow Mt. Abram. Hot tub is a bonus for the grownups and a ping pong competition brought the whole family together. Very response hosts.

If I could give this property more than five stars, I totally would. From days before our stay, upon arrival, during and upon our departure, the owners were more than attentive and quick to respond. The cabin is truly an oasis and we already plan to book next summer. 2 of my 3 kids had their own king bed while my youngest was in the basement complete with an arcade game, gaming systems and ping pong. This is a huge space with a great flow. Everything you need is provided, and the owners took great care to make it feel like your own by avoiding personal touches. The location couldn’t be better. Minutes from all the shops, restaurants and stores in Bethel, but totally quiet and peaceful while you’re here. It’s hard to leave the cabin and a reward after a day full of activity to soak in the hot tub and hang with the family while laying memories. We are really looking forward to coming back. Thank you!!!
