About this apartment rental
This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo, is located beach front in a premier high rise in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Destin/Miramar Beach, FL. Wake up to amazing views from the 10th floor of Beachside One. The private beach (for Beachside One guests and owners only) is just a short walk down the boardwalk. Strict beach access is enforced using a wristband system which helps keep the beach less crowded than other areas of the beach in Sandestin.
There are two bedrooms, each with a full attached bathroom. Each bathroom has a stand up shower. The master bedroom has a king bed with an incredible view of the gulf. The guest bedroom has two full size beds. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room area and the master bedroom both connect to the private outdoor balcony. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. The kitchen is complete with dishes and any cooking utensils you might need.
Beachside One installed a beautiful new pool in 2021. There are grills by the pool area available for guests to use.
The overall quality of the condo, coupled with the great location and beautiful setting make this a perfect choice for your vacation accommodations. In addition, you will be close to great shopping and great restaurants and entertainment venues.

We stay at a different condo every year in the Destin/Miramar area and this has been by far the best one. It had amazing beach views while still offering privacy at the same time. The big bedroom window was awesome, waking up to the ocean was a highlight! The condo was very clean and we had no issues during our stay. Our host was very friendly and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Condo was as displayed on site, had everything you need to have a nice stay. Beach access was great and had plenty of room for you to bring your own chairs. They view was the best from your balcony.
