This is a perfect home with a perfect view! Walk to Nubble Light and beaches. Salt and Shine quickly and thoroughly answered our questions as we settled in - even though it was a weekend. High recommend this property and Salt and Shine!

The unit occupies the second and third floor of a completely renovated home across the street from the ocean. Everything in the unit combines modern amenities within a thoughtful layout. The ocean theme resonates with the artwork on the walls as well as the rugs and furniture. The fact that we had a full week of perfect beach weather didn’t hurt either.
The cleaning crew did an outstanding job as did the rental agency.

What an amazing rental!!!! The unit itself was perfect for our group, the location was great, and you can’t beat those views. The listing photos were very accurate but once you get there you realize it’s even better in person. The house was decorated immaculately and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. It’s a short walk to Nubble Lighthouse and 1 mile to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!
