If you seek a little bit of calm and quiet, step to the lower level with the expanded finished basement.
One of the home's nicest attributes is the presence of the wrap around deck, giving you the everlasting feeling of R&R through the Sea breezes and Maine sunshine.
Ample parking right in front of the home adds to the sense of simple vacation allowing you to slow down and soak in all of the local attractions of York Beach.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to lighthouse, Dunne’s Ice Cream and Foxe’s restaurant. Short walk to downtown too. The house is spacious with a finished basement that provides great additional space. The elevated porch provides a great sea breeze to sit and read or have some drinks. Only one bedroom has an air conditioner but the open layout prevented the house from getting too hot. All in all we would definitely rent again!
