Lovely House Near Keppoch Beach

Location was perfect for trip into Charlottetown and exploring the island. Quiet and close to a lot of shops. The beds were comfortable. Checkin super easy. Host very responsive to questions.

The location is excellent. As far as cleanliness, the basics were done and we felt comfortable there. However, time should be spent on the cleanliness of finer details. (Bathroom walls). We loved the beds - they felt clean, nice linen and comfortable. Some pillows need to be replaced. All listed amenities were there and in working order. However, the smaller amenities need attention - there were no dishcloths, only 1 paper towel, 3 toilet paper, 1 dish towel, no extra garbage bags and only 1 towel and facecloth for each person during a 2 night stay. We had to go buy paper towel and toilet paper. The lawn was not mowed when we arrived and there were bags of garbage and recyclables by the deck which smelled yucky. The host was lovely. He got back to me by email very quickly both times I messaged him and he was helpful. It is a lovely neighborhood, close to everything.
