The heart of the home is the fully equipped Kitchen, ready for you to prepare delicious meals with all the essentials provided, from a coffee maker to a baking sheet. Adjacent, the comfortable Living room offers a relaxing space to unwind. You'll find two inviting Bedrooms upstairs, each featuring a Queen bed and room-darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. The Full bathroom provides a bathtub for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the fresh air on the Patio or in the Backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. A Laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay. Please note, the bedrooms are located on the second floor and require climbing stairs.

You'll have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, laundry room, patio, and backyard. Enjoy the convenience of a key code for easy access.

A nicely renovated duplex unit in a Victorian home. Window AC because of the house infrastructure kept the place cool. We thought the unit had a barbecue and were disappointed that it didn’t, but the host provided one! A sweet little backyard with lovely trees. A quiet block. A couple of minutes walk to the Confederation Trail, which takes you to the amazing Farmers Market Wednesdays and Saturdays.
