We had a nice stay in this cute condo. It was comfortable, has nice newer furnishings, and had everything we needed. They could use a better explanation of the exact assigned parking spot. This unit is a bottom unit so know there are people above you. We would stay again.

I’ve loved coming to Park Pointe for years and was very excited to bring my family for the holiday weekend. The unit was very clean and nicely updated, however, the amenities seemed to be significantly lacking.
There were no extra linens/pillow cases available for the extra pillows in the closets, there were no pool towels available (so glad I packed a couple of my own from home) and there was one tiny disposable pouch of liquid laundry detergent so I couldn’t do any laundry prior to heading home.
The unit’s kitchen was nicely stocked with all the dishes and utensils you could need and the family room also had games which was a nice plus- but when you are a family traveling with young children, not providing the basics like extra linens, laundry detergent and pool towels makes for some frustration.
A few small improvements for guests could make a huge difference in quality of stay.
