Park Pointe Lakeside Retreat A101

My family had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location is amazing, close to everything in town. The pool was clean and each time we went it was mostly empty. The property manager was super nice! We also met a sweet kitty named Sweet Pea at the pool! 😂

The beddings and dishes and all the important stuff was clean and fresh but the floors were kind of dirty. I vacuumed and it was fine.

Location was good. Almost great. A short walk to an excellent mini-golf course, boat rental place, and downtown shopping. The bed and pillows were comfy. Full kitchen. Was mostly clean, but we did find some not-so-clean areas.

This is a ground floor apartment, and lots of stairs getting down to it. Could hear loud stomping in the apartment above. The small pool pictured is a community pool serving all apartment buildings - probably hundreds of residents have access. Bathroom vent fan sounds like a diesel truck engine. Covered parking was not marked well at all. I took a photo of the stall that might be the correct one, and texted to the property manager, and he was unable to confirm, saying "hard to tell". We parked there anyway, and didn't have any issues. There were a few shady individuals coming and going from our building.
