Mornings are made for sipping coffee from the Nespresso machine, while out on your balcony, as you enjoy the sea breeze and peek-a-boo ocean view. Inside, you’ll find an open living space, featuring chic decor, bright pops of art, and abundant natural light. The group’s chef will love the sleek kitchen, with gleaming stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinetry and countertops, and all the cookware they need to prepare a feast. Grab a bite at the kitchen island or sit down for a family-style meal at the adjacent dining table.

After a day on the sand - and don’t forget to grab the provided beach gear - come home to cool off in the central AC. The washer/dryer will make quick work of any laundry while you stream the latest release from the oversized sectional. A bonus room with another TV means everyone can watch what they want, and the free high-speed WiFi makes it easy to stay connected. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
