Beach Place #105 - Large three bedroom 2 bath unit with Beach and John's Pass Views. This corner unit has southern exposure offering you a sunrise view along with south and southwest views of the Gulf. Being on the first floor above parking, the view is slightly more limited compared to higher floors, but you can still enjoy sights of John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, the fishing jetty, dolphins & boats traveling through the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy beautiful Gulf breezes from your private balcony. This unit has 1 parking spot.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
King bed in master bedroom with private bath as well as access to the balcony. Two Queen beds in first guest bedroom and one Queen in the third bedroom. Two large baths with tub shower combos. Occupancy of up to 8 guests in this unit.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available. This is a non smoking home that offers 1 assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.
