Nice duplex located in the centre of Las Américas, just a few steps from the beach and Las Verónicas, where the nightlife is very popular. It has capacity for 2 people, with a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. The sound of the discotheques in front of the flat can be heard at night inside the flat, which makes it difficult to rest and is not suitable for children. The flat is renovated and it also has a communal swimming pool.
