Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Everything from the host, check in, and the walk to the beach was great! The house was clean and updated and perfect for our family! We will definitely stay here again when we come back for vacation!

The property was great for our two adults and two teens. Beach access was right there and the place was comfortable and clean. HVAC was on the fritz when we got there and they fixed it really quickly. Parking was tight due to construction next-door, but we only had two cars so it was relatively easy to manage. I would definitely stay here again!

We were not told until a week before our stay that there was major construction going on next to us and two other houses being built in the same small circle so we had construction workers constantly blocking us in and we couldn't even get to our house most days! Also they worked until 10 pm most night and was there before 7am to start working so with us trying to rest and relax was impossible! Although our property manager did try his best to help and said they would tow the construction workers vehicle it didn't stop them from continuing to park there! Also the house in the pictures showed a small glimpse of the ocean however that was now blocked by the house being constructed! I feel like the management company was not honest with us prior to our visit in order to get the booking! We would not have booked here knowing the active construction was going on and it made going back and forth to beach hard trying to dodge workers and making sure nothing fell on us while walking! The ice maker didn't work and the barbecue pit was completely rusted out and was not usable. They told us they would get us another but we never got one and a guy came to look at the ice maker but was there less than five minutes and said he had to order a part! I think these issue need to be checked prior to guests staying if thats what you advertised! The management company knew we had major construction of three homes that didn't just start a week prior to our stay so i feel they were not honest!
