This condo is located on the ground floor, so there are no steps to hassle with while coming and going. And.. right out your back door, just steps away, is the boardwalk down to your own, very private beach! We had a great stay! Proximity to the beach was amazing! Only negative thing I could say is, sliding glass door was hard to open.

We had a total of 7 in our group. The location of the unit was nice and close to the beach and downtown activities. The down fall to the bottom unit was when the people above us dumped their cigarette ashes down below or spilt something and it got all over our stuff down below. The unit was clean but pretty outdated. We rented a golf cart like most people in the area. It makes it extremely easy to get around town. We weren’t told that there were no golf carts allowed on the property and were asked to remove it. The local neighbor in the above unit was very rude and told us HOA didn’t allow carts. It will definitely be a deal breaker in the future because it was so nice to be able to tour around the area and stop for food on a golf cart. Parking in the area is extremely limited. We also had trouble getting in touch with the property manager. We sent text messages several times and had no return response. We also tried calling the office number and left two messages and got a text back saying to message them with any questions or concerns. Overall the only great thing about this unit was the easy access to the beach. Also, if you are staying in the units closest to the road there is a huge area that holds water and is very muddy. You will be driving through it everyday.
