Tucked (or is it nestled?) into the heart of Old Seagrove, this home sits near 30A, a stretch of the Gulf Coast known for its charm and natural beauty, a perfect spot for beach days, bike rides, and grabbing a fresh seafood dinner nearby.
Inside, the main level is open and inviting, with a comfy living area, dining space, and a kitchen that keeps the conversation flowing. A guest room with two twin beds and a hall bath make it great for families.
Upstairs, the primary suite comes with a private wraparound porch (ideal for slow mornings with coffee), while the guest rooms has its own full bath.
The third level is a gem. The hidden hangout, with a cozy kitchenette and outdoor seating area, set the scene for sunset cocktails over the Seagrove treetops. Very nice.
At Oversee 30A, we’re a locally owned team passionate about making every stay seamless. Our office is just down the road, open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need anything at all.

I can’t say enough good things about Mellow Yellow. It was perfect for my family of 5. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick car ride from Seaside, so the location was great and made for a perfect vacation for me and my family.

Everything was great! From booking to check out, a very smooth experience! The house was exactly as described and very clean. Located just a quick walk to beach access but just set back enough from 30A for a peaceful stay. Will definitely look at this location again for our next family vacation! The complimentary 3 bikes were much appreciated and were good bikes too!
