Private and quiet
Couch could do with being replaced; bathroom fogged up easily. Shower head and handle mounted way too high. Half open shower made the floor and mat get easily soaked

The location was great, 1/2 block away from Duval Street. It was located closer to the south end of Duval so not as raucous as the north end but yet still plenty of activity. It was clean and the supplies provided were plenty for the two of us. We felt that the size was just right for the two of us. We did not feel cramped. It was a nice, private location.
Regulating the temperature inside the house was a little challenging. When the AC kicked on you could feel it blowing on you while sitting in the living room. Also had some difficulty connecting and staying connected to the WiFi. A TV in the bedroom would be nice.
