This newly renovated gem totals 2 king bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combination. Each room is equipped with a cozy kings bed and a flat screen TV. A queen sofa sleeper allows for additional sleeping arrangements in the living room.

Loved this house. House was small, but very comfortable. Right off Duvall so close to everything, but on a very quiet and calm little street. Adorable, cool back yard oasis. Everything was clean and well-thought out. Thank you.

The cottage was clean and very close to the quiet end of Duvall Street. The sitting area was separated from the bedrooms by the kitchen, allowing someone to watch tv in the morning or evening without disturbing other sleeping guests. The contact person was very responsive when we had any questions.
