Everything was great overall, except that when I was leaving today, I noticed some dirt underneath the bed — which was disappointing, since the room otherwise appeared very clean. It could definitely use a deep cleaning throughout. Other than that, everything was good! When I arrived the first night, there was no duvet cover or blanket, only a thin sheet. I requested one the next day, and someone kindly brought it.

Complaint regarding accommodation I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at this property. • Cleanliness and maintenance: The apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, with broken furniture. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition – dirty, clogged within seconds, and clearly not cleaned in weeks. The bed linen was also dirty. • Safety hazards: The bathroom had a washing machine with exposed electrical issues, creating a serious risk of electric shock. I am 5 months pregnant and unfortunately suffered an accident by slipping in the unclean bathroom, resulting in bruises and scrapes. It is a miracle nothing worse happened. • Communication: The staff responsible for cleaning spoke no English, making communication impossible. The management was completely unresponsive – I asked for a room change immediately, but three days later I still received no reply. Instead, I only got irrelevant automated messages. There was no way to reach support in a meaningful manner. • Customer service: At no point did I feel like a valued guest. The property requested a positive review before arrival and check-in, and if guests were not satisfied, they asked us not to leave a review at all but to contact them privately. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. • Overall experience: I had booked three rooms for a total of six people, and none of us were satisfied. The lack of care, hygiene, and communication was beyond any acceptable standard. This experience put my health at risk and caused great distress. I kindly request that this complaint be reviewed urgently and that appropriate action be taken against the property.

There were no toilet papers, no cleaning service during our stay, the shower was not clean, there was no mat for the bathroom the water for the shower hthere was no proper pillow for the child they used a small pillow from the couch, the wardrobe had covers which were not folded.

Not happy at all!

The location

It was misrepresented with beautiful pictures of amazing views when in reality it only had a small window overlooking a wall 2 meters away. I booked the property to host guests from China and was extremely disappointed especially so when the management offered us another property to remedy the situation but it was filthy and they were unable to clean it on the day!!! Terrible management that resulted in our elderly guests having to spend an entire afternoon in the streets...

Amazing views of Agia Sophia

We stayed only for one night in this nice apartment. The views of Agia Sophia Square from the corner balcony are amazing. Easy communication, great location. The shower basin was blocked and would have been nice to have at least a set of coffee capsules for the coffee machine but overall we had a nice experience.

Extremely disappointing.

The location was perfect!

We paid for a baby cot but the cot was never provided. We had to sleep together with our 2,5 yo son in the very small and very uncomfortable double bed during the whole of our stay as the company wasnt willing to help. We have contacted the customer service but no assistance was provided and we were actually ignored. Further, one of the sheets provided was dirty and had a hole on it.

Newly refurbished rooms in a very good and central location. Nice building, easy access, and good instructions and communication from staff.

The room is not finished yet and is missing some basic amenities. There is no hair dryer, so I had to shower in the morning instead of evening. Although there is a very nice kitchenette with oven + cooking stovetop, there is no kettle nor pots and pans to boil some water. There is a washing machine which is great but no clothes dryer to hang your washed clothes. The racks for the shower are still in plastic and not hanging in the shower. I only stayed for 1 night, so it's not a big problem, but I hope these will be fixed by my next visit. Also, thetoomI booked was with balcony, but I did not have a balcony :-( The room was beautiful and decorated tastefully but really needs to be finished. If you fix all this, I am looking forward to staying longer next time.

Exceptional

Yes the studio was gorgeous super clean and in the best possible location. But what set it apart for me from others like it was. 1)They kept the outter shutters that allow for a far more sufficient light blocking than any so called black out curtains. For people like myself who wake up at first sign of light this is very important and a constant problem in tourist accommodations everywhere. 2) Lights and switches ,electrical outlets everywhere obviously pro design. Could easily change to different patterns of lighting all around to fit ur mood and needs.

No hairdryer, no iron.No kettle.And having a stove but not a pot is useless. So maybe more suitable for shorter stays.
