Joli studio atypique sur toit terrasse, bien décoré, bonne literie et kitchenette appréciables. Il est parfaitement situé pour toutes les visites dans la ville, dans un quartier animé et agréable. Restaurants, terrasses et commerces à proximité immédiate. Propriétaire très réactif et sympathique.
La salle de bain est en effet un peu petite, mais tout le reste de l'appartement, la vue sur le toit terrasse et la situation géographique font que ce n'est pas grave au final. Il est important de regarder la vidéo d'accueil jusqu'à la fin pour comprendre comment fonctionne l'eau chaude, car il y a un bouton à enclencher dès l'arrivée.

Waschmaschinentür defekt (erschwerte Nutzung), Terrassenstuhl kaputt und nicht nutzbar, die zwei schwarzen Sitzsäcke auf der Terrasse waren nicht vorhanden, Fußboden war dreckig, Vogelnest in der Außenwand hörbar

Η ταράτσα ήτανε η ποιο ωραία με μια θέα στην πόλη. Είχαμε Ησυχία
Δυστυχώς δεν ήτανε όπως στης φωτογραφίες. Στην ταράτσα λείπανε τα μεγάλα ξαπλώματα, και το τζάμι της μιας μπαλκονόπορτας ήτανε ραγισμένο. Το αιρκοντίσιον δουλεύε αλλά ήτανε πάρα πολύ δυνατό σε ήχο και δεν μπορούσαμε να αλλάξουμε την θερμοκρασία. Το βράδυ ακούγαμε πάντα ποντίκια δεν είμασταν σγρ αν ήταν από τους σωλήνες ή από τα πάνω ράφια της κουζίνας.
