Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε σαν οικογένεια για μερικές μέρες στο ίδιο διαμέρισμα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, όπως και η ησυχία της πολυκατοικίας και της γύρω περιοχής. Υπάρχουν κοντά σουπερ μάρκετ και μαγαζία για καφέ, σνακ ή φαγητό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε καλή κατάσταση. Μια ευγενική επισήμανση: να προγραμματίσει ο ιδιοκτήτης ένα καλωπισμό του χώρου (βάψιμο τοίχων, ανανέωση μπάνιου κτλ) εν ευθέτω χρόνω.
Δεν μου άρεσε η κατάσταση του μπάνιου. Ενώ εκ πρώτης όψης φαίνεται ικανοποιητικό, υπάρχει θέμα με την απορροή των νερών από το πλυντήριο. Επίσης, δεν ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση η σιδερώστρα και η σφουγγαρίστρα (αν και οφείλω να πώ ότι την σφουγγαρίστρα την αλλάξαν όταν τους το είπα).

Central location. You can walk everywhere, just drop your car nearby the parking lot and explore the city.
There is no central heating. The house has 2 air conditioners and one electrical heating. On the first day, we arrived a little bit late like 9-10 pm. It took a while to heat up the place. But when the place is heated up, everything is good.

Perfect location, great internet, decent amenities. OK value.
It is a very tired flat where everything is just about OK, but certainly not good enough. Cigarette burnt and stained sofa, half fallen curtain, terrible uneven pillows, only superficially cleaned, badly lit bathroom.
