Characterful 2 bed cottage in excellent location

Beautifully decorated cottage with original features but modern bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. On arrival there were 4 Bakewell tarts for us. Toiletries, milk, teabags and coffee were provided.

The only downside were the very steep stairs, which we knew about, but we were 4 adults in mid 70s. We did cope by being careful

Super immaculate property located within an easy walk along public footpaths and fields to Chatsworth Hall. Everywhere was truly pristine with lots of lovely thoughtful touches throughout... the cottage was directly adjacent to a small river in a beautifully quiet part of Baslow. There was limited parking on the street but I was lucky enough to be able to park - there is other parking nearby if there is no spaces left. I would totally recommend this property and commend those responsible for keeping it in such beautiful, clean condition.

It is beautifully furnished with everything you would need. Location was great for exploring.

Nothing, I wish we could have stayed longer.

The cottage is in a beautiful location and the hosts were extremely helpful sending clear instructions on how to get to the village, the cottage and where to park.
