Well, it's a clean and chill hostel. Night staff lady was very kind and smiling. They would pack you a cream cheese sandwich & a banana on request if you leave early. Free drinking water and a storage room.

Prices are way too high. Everything was overpriced and felt really as a rip off. A cappuccino for €5.. a piece of cake (which god knows why was put in the microwave before serving) for €5 !! You call yourself boutique and imagine you're in Paris. Shuttke to airport was 150Q whereas in another company (CA travels) I booked for 100Q. Noise was quite an issue. Reception need to emphasize to guests to keep quiet in the dormes as well.. there's always someone who leaves at 3am or another that just arrive at midnight so night receptionist needs to make sure guests respect others. Tge same for the cleaning staff that each morning had a loud conversation between them around 7am-8am. Blanket wasn't washed! It needs a cover or just a thin sheet underneath (basic for hygiene). No soap & shampoo in showers. Breakfast didn't include coffee! That's embarrassing, especially when they jave a coffee machine at reception, but obviously a very wrong mentality of the management to rip guests off as much as possible. There're only two types of breakfast so if you stay over two days, it repeats. It seems that all the concept of the hostel was a cafe which took over the reception and all the common areas with unreasonable prices. That doesn't make you a "boutique" hostel. Cut the prices in half, replace some tables & chairs with some more comfortable couches & hammocks. Make it more cozy and less a tourist trap museum. Get some more shadow at the terrace. And give a discount for the third level beds so guests could choose it and not feel as they were unlucky.
