A gorgeous hostel , comfy beds , clean rooms and bathrooms . Lovely gardens and rooftop . A great breakfast- one of the best I've had . Would definitely recommend.

This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. The cleaniness is 10/10. The staff are constantly cleaning all areas which makes it really good. The collon area couches and seating is great and comfortable. The dorms are spacious and the staff make your beds for you everyday. It literally feels like you are staying at a hotel. The Kitchen is the most clean, and equipped kitchen I have ever seen at any hostel. It is like a restaurant kitchen. You have every utensil you could possibly need. It has a huge spice rack, oils, vinegar to use also. It makes it so fun and social and inviting for everyone to cool and share meals. The breakfast is great. They also have cakes and cookies for everyone to eat during the day.
Only thing missing I felt was they do not offer a wide range of shuttle or tour options i.e they don’t offer acetanango hike options or shuttles to Santa Ana for example and I heard other hostels do.
I would still 100% return here as the hostel in itself is simply like a hotel experience.

Hostel itself is lovely, beautiful common areas and great location. Definitely the most I’ve ever paid for a hostel across the world (probably due to demand during Easter celebrations). There was an incident where a mentally unwell guest was attacking people which was incredibly disruptive and scary in the night, whilst not the hostels fault, they weren’t quick to deal with it or offer apologies to guests who got no sleep. When asked about partial refunds (due to absolutely no peace or ability to sleep) the staff on the desk met me with scorn and refused as I wasn’t “personally attacked”. It was a very strange and especially rude experience. I’ve not encountered one like that before and it was such a bummer.
