Komplettes Studio in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit Aufzug. Alles war da von Spül- und Waschmittel bis Toiletten- und Küchenpapier.
Es gab einmal in fünf Tagen einen Aquastop Alarm. Man wird vorab vom Verwalter vorgewarnt. Scheinbar gibt es wohl damit öfter Probleme....warum dann nicht lösen?

- Basically furnished but functional place, comfy bed and chairs.
- All the appliances worked fine: stove, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, dishwasher, washing machine.
- There was oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices in the cupboard, washing powder and dishwasher tabs were also there, but no coffee/tea. It seemed like previous guests left their condiments, which was useful and we left the remaining dishwasher tabs and olive oil that we had brought, too.
- Very quick response from the service crew.
- Little storage space in the kitchen for food.
- Few mugs and cutlery, no bowls (for yoghurt, cereal, ...), no strainer, but ten plates and glasses.
- No coffee or tea provided - contrary to the listing.
- No shampoo or body wash. We used the soap.
- The balcony is not a private one, it's a shared rooftop terrace on the 5th floor.
- No bath mat to step on when getting out of the shower.

Gemütliches Bett, großes Bad, viel Platz im Apartment. Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeekapselautomat, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine - alles top in Schuss. Geschirr und Besteck ist auch i.O. Check-in klappte problemlos. Ruhige Gegend. Ideal, um direkt von der Haustür aus loszuwandern; auch bis in die Stadt oder zum Einkaufen sind es keine zehn Minuten.
Eine Anleitung für die Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen; das Ding lässt sich leider nicht intuitiv bedienen; da brauchte es schon eine Weile, um das Ding zur Ruhe zu bringen. Zwei kleinere Müslischalen wären gut gewesen... Dann wäre das eine 10er Unterkunft für mich.
