Location! Easy access to everything, only minutes to the centre of town. House was peaceful, neat, tidy and clean. Comfy bed.
I know people complain it's at the top of a hill, however when you realize it's serviced by the No. 31 bus from Milsom Street that drops you right at the door, you don't have much to complain about really.

Really happy with the room. Very spacious and was well set-up - included lots of little places to put your toiletries, etc. Decent tower fan to help with the heat. The seats and coffee/tea station were really nice and the complimentary biscuits were a nice touch. Minus the hill (see below) the location is great - 20 mins walk to the centre of town and everything is right there. We would happily come again.
More a heads up - this is at the top of quite a steep hill - prepare yourself if you're walking with bags. Another fan could be useful as it gets quite hot in the top rooms. The stairs were a bit of a pain, and there isn't a fridge or air con - things to bear in mind if that's important to you.

The bed was comfortable. Good shower. Complimentary water and milk
You need to walk up the hill to get to there. Not a major issue but maybe something to consider. The kettle should be cleaned more often.
