Spotlessly clean, Chelsea and her staff were so friendly, nothing was a bother, breakfast amazing, again nothing was a bother, we were also able to use the garden and enjoy the hot weather, each day a small cake was left for us to enjoy with a tea or coffee in the room, with a small bottle of real milk, which was a nice touch, also a bottle of chilled water in the fridge, air con was excellent

Obvious the owners want guests to have a comfortable experience, evident in all they did, from greeting to chatting about the area to a very nice and thoughtful breakfast.
Nothing, this is exactly what a small business/self run b and b should be!

The location, room and breakfast were lovely - at breakfast we were always treated to a little homemade pancake with yoghurt and fruit on top
