IMPORTANT NOTE: The fishing pier/boat slip is currently undergoing maintenance and will not be available starting from August 5th, 2025 until completed.

The townhome is steps away from restaurants, bars, and retail shopping. Guests will love the amenities this townhome has to offer. The private pier is a fantastic place to spend quality time while fishing for trout, redfish, flounder, and snook. Rental guests will love cooling off in the tropical pool area facing the channel front.
The interior of 5602A Circe Circle is nicely decorated with coastal decor. The living area is large and offers two separate seating areas for guests to relax and wind down.
The large flat screen tv is perfect for watching tv shows and other entertainment. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area downstairs for additional sleeping accommodations for guests. The dining area is located off the kitchen and living room located on the 2nd floor. The dining table seats 5 plus there is additional bar seating for 3 more people by the kitchen counter.
The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils so guests can easily prepare a nice meal!
The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated.
