Welcome to 106 E. Oleander! This picturesque, two-story beach house was remodeled in 2019 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a semi-open kitchen, living and dining area. The front door opens to the ground level of the home. This floor features two of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & the laundry room with a washer & dryer. The first bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds with full-size beds on the bottom and twin size beds on the top. The room has a flat-screen TV and can sleep 6 children or teenagers comfortably. The second guest room entails two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV.

The second level of this spacious beach house features the bright kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the third guest room and Master suite. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with icemaker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! The living room is just off the kitchen and dining area. The flat-screen TV is surrounded by a comfortable living room set where you can sit back and relax, or entertain family & friends. Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom. Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom! Featuring a comfortable king-+size bed, large flat-screen TV, spacious master bathroom & a private balcony perfect for morning coffee, or reading a book under the sun, you'll indulge in the much need relaxation you've been looking for!

Accommodating up to 14 guests, 106 E. Oleander features a newly built private pool and hot tub! Enjoy laps around the sparkling pool, soaking in the hot tub, or an afternoon of grilling and laying out poolside with family & friends! When you're ready to put your toes in the sand and gaze at the ocean for miles and miles, South Padre Island's beautiful beach is just a block from your door!

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and tear.
