Location. Size of the studio. Kitchen/laundry amenities good, though did not use these. Air- conditioner.
The bed was atrocious. So low on the ground, no feet on the base. The mattress was so old, it was lumpy and you could feel the springs. Only one bedside table. No plug for the kitchen sink. The bathroom tap spout, sprayed water everywhere. The lounge/Sofa bed was not very comfortable and the arms were broken. The coffee table was really wobbly, so we put the table top on the lounge, to hold our drinks. A teeny tiny TV, but it worked well. You could hear the traffic noise as no double glazing. The studio is in desperate need of a paint job and descent furniture.
