Large Two Bedroom BON21602

Location excellent, tram outside, metro shops opposite. Close to Circular quay. Roof spa and pool good. Spacious apartment and everything provided. Comfortable furniture. Peaceful.

Just some little things: Some lights needed bulbs. Kitchen clock stopped. No plug for kitchen sink. Provide one or washing up bowl. Some ends of net curtains need reattatching. Hole in lounge wall needs fixing. Carpets spot clean?

Property was lovely and clean and in a perfect location. 1 tram stop to Circular Quay. Balcony was large.

Only one concern about the shower being over the spa. Was very difficult stepping over 60cm side and no hand rail to hold on to. My 78 yo aunt could not use the shower. I recently had a knee replacement and was quite nervous I would fall stepping over. It may be an accident and law suit waiting to happen. Would be much safer with a hand rail.

Great location

Air conditioning was dirty (lumps of dirt and dust kept falling onto one of the beds) and loud and impossible to get at a good temperature for the bedrooms. Toilet flush gets stuck and doesn’t work very well. Only one tiny tube of shampoo etc., no face washers, only 5 towels for 4 people for a week and no washing powder. Also I didn’t like being phoned repeatedly in order to tell me that I needed to check out! Or that someone tried to enter the apartment before 10 when we were getting ready to leave.
