TV is very outdated. Beds were reasonable

Close to many parts of the city. Bed was comfy but sofa beds were very firm.
Dated furniture, dripping taps, lock on letterbox hard to read numbers, only 2 tv stations, no milk for tea/ coffee

Excellent location. Clean and tidy.
Some basic maintenance is needed. Toilet intermittently doesn't stop running. Toilet roll holder is loose. The lock on the door clicks "unshut"" when door closes - meaning we left the place unlocked without being aware that the door was effectively unsecured. The water seal on the shower screen is leaking badly - meaning the bathroom floor gets very wet
