Com certeza a localização é sensacional!
Não sei se no fds que estive hospedada a movimentação realmente foi mais intensa mas, estava bem barulhento, gente conversando bem alto, batendo porta, subindo e descendo a escada toda hora.
Fora que as paredes são bem fininhas né, é possível ouvir tudo que acontece no quarto ao lado.

A localização é legal e o espaço é atende a quem vai passar uma noite. O banheiro é grande, o ar condicionado funcionou bem. A rua é muito boa, calma.
Estava sujo. Piso até grudando de tanta sujeira. Paredes com coisas escorridas. É ruim ficar em um lugar sem humanos trabalhando. Dá um pouco de insegurança.
