Quiet location, clean apartment, welcoming host

The property had a good location in the centre of Cala Ganone. The host was very responsive and helpful and the property was comfortable with everything you needed to e.g. cook breakfast.
The cost is quite high for what was offered. The decor is quite extreme with a cross hanging over one of the beds and red colour all through the property with old furniture. The aircon only works in the main room, so it is still hot and hard to sleep in the bedrooms. The terrace looks better in the photos, and didn’t inspire one to sit outside and have a glass of wine. Although the cost was high, the host still expected for you to take out the rubbish yourself and there were other points that seemed a bit out of step with apartments of this kind. For example, the host wrote that he had left a bottle of wine but left a bottle of beer instead. There were only 4 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 nights and despite a washing machine being offered, it was quite dirty. Not a bad stay, but the price definitely needs to go down as it’s not a premium offering.
