Things of value to me forgotten in the room were reported by phone to lost and found before cleaning staff entered the room, but were not kept for me to be collected the day after.

The stay was definitely a convenience to staying close to the San Francisco city.

I liked how modern the hotel room looked, we definitely enjoyed the tv channel options available. The staff was very helpful in checking us in early.

The beds were so uncomfortable, we rented a room with 2 queen beds. Everyone in the room did not sleep comfortably, the bed was to firm. I also didn't like the restroom door, it was a sliding door that closed but left a gap at the top of the door. Leaving no privacy for bathroom usage. Lastly, it would be nice to have more handicap parking spots near front entrance.

New but noisy

Breakfast, and coffee was good. Room was comfortable, clean and modern.

We could hear all the traffic from the freeway, room had cold air blowing and couldn't turn it off. Heat couldn't be adjusted and its winter. A humming noise coming from within walls. Other guests also were talking about it in the elevator.

It was ok.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The stuff was very helpful and performed perfectly. The fitness room was much more than we expected. Everything was clean and cleaning stuff did a very good job.

Breakfast was one of the downsides during our stay. Plates utensils all plastic and disposable and we felt like n camping. No vegetables what so ever, no decent coffee. No coffee machine to make a decent cup of espresso or cappuccino. The walls in the room thin and we could hear the next room guests, and also inside our room there was no soundproof between room and bathroom. Walls are too thin.

The area and front desk staff

The housekeeper was extremely rude. She walked in without knocking hole my minor daughter was changing clothes. In check out day, the same housekeeper walked in without knocking while my daughter was in the shower. No apologies, just attitude.

Pretty good for the price.

This place was ok. It is a newer building and it was pretty clean. Not too much noise even though it overlooks the freeway. I did not like the neighborhood. I was expecting my car to be broken into although that never happened. The price is reasonable and I would stay there again.

Modern, well situated hotel, perfect for short business trips and one-night stays.

It’s a simple, modern hotel close to important highways, so the access to downtown SF and towards the East is easy.

They didn’t clean the room during our 3 nights stay, although we have asked for it. The breakfast was very simple and boring American breakfast.

Ideal hotel for a stay before a morning flight out

Great location just off 101, 10 minutes to airport, mostly everything you need for a stay before flying

No bar or restaurant, walking distance to Marina Mall (didn’t have much there so got an Uber to Hillside - huge complex with lots of eating options)

Convenient location off the freeway but area around it was just OK. Newer remodeled hotel was clean and well appointed. Plenty of parking. Good value

Nice comfortable stay to visit San Francisco

Cleanness is my number one priority and this place was very clean. The stuff was friendly and they offered nice breakfast. Everything was as explained in the descriptions. Overall it was a great experience. We used this place to visit San Francisco, even though it was little bit outside of the city, we were able to reach tourist attractions within 45 minutes. And we didn't pay for parking.

Convenient, pleasant hotel for stop over or longer stay.

A newish hotel, fresh and airy reception area and modern, well-equipped rooms. It was in a convenient location for the airport - about 15 minute drive away. I stayed with daughter and granddaughter visiting family in nearby Foster City for 7 nights. The room was large enough for the three of us, with the two queen beds and sofa bed. Constant coffee and hot water supplies for tea in foyer. Breakfast selection was good - including waffles, breads and bagels, porridge, fruit juice, hard boiled eggs, cheese and one type of hot egg per day (e.g. omelette) plus one meat and some form of potato, plus fruit and yogurts.

It wasn't the fault of the hotel, but one night there was a lot of stomping noise from the room above, and, by coincidence, loud conversations from the room next door. On speaking to the reception desk they addressed the issue and the noise stopped.

Except for the power outage, it was an excellent stay.

The hotel is new and designed with convenience in mind. Easy pickup area in front, elevators right next to the reception counter with breakfast area nearby. A lot of varied seating, including outside which was used a lot because the weather was good. The rooms were roomy and clean with ample outlets and counter/shelf/hook space in the bathroom. Toiletries are large sizes attached to the wall (lotion) and shower. I like that but others may not. Housekeeping is done every other day. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and mini coffee maker. (Coffee is okay; better to get it from the lobby.) Also ironing board and iron. I would have preferred an in-room safe. Blackout curtains made it easy to sleep and there was no traffic noise even though the main highway is nearby. Breakfast was pretty good. Hot items included scrambled eggs, potatoes, and breakfast meat (bacon or sausage), and a self-serve waffle station. Toast/bagels, cold cereals, and a fridge with yogurt. Some bottled drinks were in a refrigerator but I didn't check that out. We were glad they had oatmeal as we eat light in the morning. More fruit other than whole apples and oranges would have been nice. Hot coffee, including decaf and tea, is available during breakfast and 24/7 in the lobby. There is a fitness center but I did not have time to use it. Front desk staff were friendly and professional.

Not the fault of the hotel but the power went out for most of a day due to a fire at a nearby restaurant. Although automated texts to welcome us came through, none were sent to update on status on the power outage and I had to call for updates. The lack of power meant water pressure (and presumably hot water) was affected so we would need to check-out if it wasn't fixed. The power went on just as we came back after dinner to pack and check-out, so we fortunately did not have to leave early.

Comfortable stay with a nice breakfast

The room and hotel was updated and nicely furnished. Parking is free and breakfast was awesome! The night was comfortable and relatively quiet.

For a 2 queen room it was extra small. The funny part was I requested a room with no hwy views and that’s all I could see. There was someone’s hair on the wall of the shower.

Great modern hotel but ...

The hotel is brand new, and the decor is modern. It is very conveniently located right off of Highway 101.

Rooms do not have a heater. Even in the month of June, the night temperature drops in the Bay Area, and all hotels should have the option of turning on the heat.

Breakfast was better than expected as they had hot foods as well as other. The rooms were bigger than expected and looked very clean. The staff was very friendly and overall was a great experience.

It's very new & "almost" clean, room was comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful, helped us to get the pick up service to the airport ($35 plus $5 airport charge to SFO Int'l airport). There is a small market and several restaurants just behind the hotel in 3 minutes walking distance. The only thing is that there was a long hair in the shower pan but other than that, everything else was good.

My daughter had a grueling 2-day volleyball tourney,Hampton Inn was a recluse at the end of the day.

Modern and updated interior design, quiet AC/Heater, very clean, location, breakfast was awesome. And we were allowed to check out late at 12 noon and that helped out schedule a lot!

Our stay was great. A gym or a hot tub in the building would have tipped the scale to perfect!
