L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso, dotato di vari comfort tipo wifi, climatizzatore, ventilatore, macchinetta per caffè con cialde e due biciclette assai comode per arrivare a San Benedetto centro. I proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. In 3 minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia convenzionata . A pochi minuti a piedi anche forno, bar, supermercato e punto vendita di una cantina del territorio, oltre che fermata autobus.

Accoglienza ottimale per farci sentire a nostro agio; appartamento ampio e ben attrezzato. Zona molto bene servita, spiaggia comoda a 2 passi! Abbiamo visitato il bellissimo lungomare, il porto, il centro storico ed i borghi di San Benedetto del Tronto e poi Grottammare, Offida, Ripatransone, Acquaviva Picena,... Grazie per questa vacanza piena di arte, bellezza, storia, sole ed aria di mare.
Nulla da sottolineare.

Appartamento veramente carino e comodo. Vicino al bellissimo lungomare. Proprietari gentili e super disponibili. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra auto e ci hanno aiutato come fossero amici di famiglia.
