The flat shell (45 m) is near the sea (300 meters) and also close to the center of San Benedetto can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
The apartment is brand new, located in an elegant building in Viale De Gasperi. The street where the apartment is located is full of all kinds of services: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, caterers, laundry, tobacconist, bank etc.
Just in front of the door of the house is the city bus stop.
Near the apartment there are plenty of free parking and no time limitation where you can leave your car for the duration of the stay.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. There is no balcony. It is located on the first floor and the building has an elevator.
E 'it equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in all rooms, TV, WIFI, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and convection oven.
The check in time is from 16. 00 to 18. 00. Check out is by 8. 30 to 10. 00 the day of departure. The apartment is non-smoking. No pets allowed.

We stayed for two wonderful weeks. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could ever need. It was immaculate with modern furnishings. It was close to every amenity you could possibly want plus a short walk to the beach and promenade.

L'appartamento è molto ben posizionato, vicino sia al mare che al centro di San Benedetto.
Non ho mai trovato un appartamento così ben tenuto e pulito.
Ottima vacanza che magari ripeteremo nel futuro!

Settimana a Sanbedetto fine luglio 2019 in 4 persone, due adulti e 2 figli di 9 e 5 anni. La posizione è ottima, si trova in una via molto commerciale dove ci sono tutti i servizi vicini, la distanza dal mare è 400 metri, ci vogliono 6-7 minuti a piedi oppure 2 in bicicletta. L'Appartamento al primo piano di una grande palazzina è appena ristrutturato, (2018-2019 ) ed arredato in stile contemporaneo, ha l'ingrsso un pò strozzato dal corridoio, una sola camera, un soggiorno cucina con divano letto ed un bel bagno con lavatrice; la proprietaria molto attenta ai dettagli ha tutto abbinato al nome dell'appartamento ( conchiglia colore giallo ) Divano giallo, parete soggiornao giallo, lampada su soggiorno gialla, molto delicato. C'è tutto l'occorrente anche per il primo giorno appena arrivati, ( biancheria, lenzuola, elettrodomestici, nuovi, saponi per piatti e lavatrice, pasticche per lavastoviglie, kit per raccolta differenziata, condizionatori Samsung, due televisori, forno a microonde, wifi con fibra, pulizia iniziale accurata, asse e ferro da stiro ed un piccolo stendino. Non ci sono spazi esterni e non c'è terrazzo, la proprietaria mette a disposizione un'area recintata per la rimessa di biciclette, queste non sono fornite. La cucina è molto robusta ha il top in okite o materiale simile alla quarzite, non è la solita cucina da IKEA 900€ con elettrodomestici compresi.
La cosa più importante è l'accoglienza dei proprietari, che ci hanno lasciato un gabaret di pasticcini locali sul tavolo all'arrivo oltre alla loro sincera cordialità già dimostrata con i msg. prima del nostro arrivo . La transazione economica è risultata veloce, sicura ed affidabile, non abbiamo stampato o portato nessuna ricevuta di pagamento, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono . Loconsiglierei a tutti i miei amici o parenti . Voto totale 9+

This apartment, i can honestly say is one of the best. Paola goes that one step further to make you stay comfortable. She put extra bits in that you normally dont get when you rent an apartment... we will definatly stay again in one of Paola appartment...thank you so much x
