And 'near the sea (300 meters) and also close to the center of San Benedetto can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
The street where the apartment is located is full of all kinds of services: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, caterers, laundry, tobacconist, bank etc.
Just in front of the door of the house is the city bus stop.
Near the apartment there are plenty of free parking and no time limitation where you can leave your car for the duration of the stay.

Super apartment, very clean, well decorated, all new. Well equiped. Situation is perfect, quiet and near shops and grocery. Owners are attentive to your needs.
