Unika Homes La Cava

I had a wonderful stay at Unika Homes and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sevilla. The apartment itself is exceptional—very modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, as it was well-equipped with all the necessary items one might need for a short or long stay. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guest comfort. The location is great. It is situated right in the center, putting us within walking distance of all the major sights. The convenience was a huge highlight; we were surrounded by excellent coffee shops and restaurants, and essential amenities like supermarkets and shopping areas were just a short walk away. We were able to reach everything we needed entirely on foot. The hospitality made the experience even better. The host was super friendly, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions, which made communication stress-free. Additionally, the check-in process was seamless and very easy to navigate. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Sevilla.

Location and attentive staff.

Although decorated in a modern style, the structure has serious problems. There is a very strong moldy smell, and the soundproofing is practically nonexistent, since you can hear everything from the street and from the neighboring apartment. It was impossible to sleep. In addition, there are safety concerns: an elevated structure leads to the bedrooms, with low glass walls. The main bathroom door is made of glass and has no safety markings whatsoever. In fact, two people in my group hit their heads and got injured because, during the night, it was impossible to see that the door was closed. The staff stayed in contact with us at all times and offered us another unit. However, we lost a lot of time with the move and were barely able to enjoy the city. They tried to make up for the inconvenience, but the truth is that the overall experience was quite negative.
