Location and attentive staff.
Although decorated in a modern style, the structure has serious problems. There is a very strong moldy smell, and the soundproofing is practically nonexistent, since you can hear everything from the street and from the neighboring apartment. It was impossible to sleep.
In addition, there are safety concerns: an elevated structure leads to the bedrooms, with low glass walls. The main bathroom door is made of glass and has no safety markings whatsoever. In fact, two people in my group hit their heads and got injured because, during the night, it was impossible to see that the door was closed.
The staff stayed in contact with us at all times and offered us another unit. However, we lost a lot of time with the move and were barely able to enjoy the city. They tried to make up for the inconvenience, but the truth is that the overall experience was quite negative.
