This home has Southern Exposure which is the most desirable here in Sunny Southwest Florida! The backyard is tropical with an outdoor shower, fenced yard, plenty of palms and a Large Salt Water Pool!!! The Lanai has a large area that is in the Sun and then a large area in the shade so whatever you are looking for you can most defiantly find it here! Inside this home is open and Light with all the necessities for a perfect family vacation! The location of this home is very convienient and perfect for all! It's right in the middle of Cape Coral so you are close to Shopping, Restaurants, Parks and many activities.

Our family had a great stay at this lovely home. Very clean, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen had basically everything you would need to prepare a meal.

communication with the property manager was tense. There was some confusion regarding the beds provided as the listing appears to offer two king beds. Actual is one king one queen and a small room with two twin beds that can be slid together. When clarification was requested, the communication because terse and remained oppositional throughout the stay. Pool was very cold in October.
