Full of vivid color, unmatched style, and nearly two centuries of history, this home offers a one-of-a-kind perspective for exploring and experiencing Provincetown. Here in the heart of the historic district, you'll be mere steps from the beach, the pier, and everything else Provincetown offers.

Built in 1830, this three-story home boasts what might be the best location in Provincetown, one of the liveliest and most beloved communities on Cape Cod. You'll be directly adjacent to the Pilgrim Monument and the town green at Bas Relief Park, and only one block from the beach on Cape Cod Bay. Within a quarter-mile stroll are MacMillan Pier's marina and ferries and a fantastic assortment of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and art galleries.

Far from your typical Cape Cod escape, this historic home was recently redesigned through a Cape-Cod-modern lens. Bold colors and patterns are showcased throughout, providing interest and whimsy at every turn. After a beautiful day spent on the sand, leave the provided beach chairs and umbrellas outside, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and make yourself right at home.

The main living space is on the second floor, offering multiple seating vignettes for relaxing in the afternoons and evenings. Enjoy an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample space to dine at the breakfast bar, around the dining room table, and outside on the patio. After dinner each evening, gather your friends to play board games or watch movies in one of the two sitting rooms on either side of the kitchen.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and one is a primary suite with its own TV and bathroom. During our humid seasons, please make sure the air-conditioner(s) are operated by using the 'dry' mode.

The property is perfect for a group of 6-8 and the location simply cannot be beat. It’s smack in the middle of town but located on Bradford, so it’s much quieter than being right on Commercial without sacrificing the location. You can easily go east to the galleries and shops, or west to countless restaurants, bars and venues. The views from the house are also great - looking over Bradford, Town Hall, the Monument and the gorgeous park. The home itself is well equipped, has great AC for warmer days, tons of windows that get a nice cross breeze and beautiful light, nice bathrooms, and comfy beds. The kitchen/dining room is perfect for groups, as is the living room, with a great sectional set-up. Can’t beat this place!

A lovely house in the center of Provincetown. Great location. Very well equipped except for glasses. Plenty of mugs but only 3 wine glasses and nothing for cocktails. We come up from New York every year for a week. This year we included my husband’s son, his wife, their toddler and his wife’s parents. The listing said there was a patio but it has no furnishings and honestly you wouldn’t want to use it as it’s closed in with a stockade fence. So when you want to get some space from your group or get some air you need to go downstairs and outside to the street. Our biggest issue was that my husband and I ended up in the queen bedroom next to the living area and anytime someone turned on the exhaust fan in either bedroom on the main floor or the residence below it was like being in an airplane hangar and the floor would vibrate. So if and when someone else forgets to turn it off sleeping is impossible.
