Kamaole Sands 3-104 has some features that separate it from other condos and make it a great choice for your vacation:
1) The lanai is not only oversized and covered, but it also faces SW. This means you ALWAYS have the choice between full sun or full shade. It is on the ground floor, so the lanai spills out onto the lawn.
2) The pool entrance is literally a short walk across the lawn.
3) A brand new MINI-SPLIT AC SYSTEM was installed in MAY 2023
4) The SOFA SLEEPER is brand new as of May 2023
5) Tad and Kathy also own VRBO #2695811 ( 30+ 5-Star Reviews), a 3 bedroom unit in Kamaole Sands. Book them together for your larger family function
6) This unit is well-provisioned and well-stocked with a full kitchen

Kamaole Sands Resort is a mini-paradise with 15 acres of lush and colorful ponds, fountains, and foliage. Amenities include a large swimming pool, a wading pool for children, and adult hot tub, an family hot tub, two tennis courts, three pickle ball courts, an exercise room, ping pong tables, activities desk, and multiple barbecue areas throughout the property. Our 1 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground floor of Building 3 is located in the heart of Kamaole Sands Resort.
We want you to feel the comforts of home, yet the luxury of a resort. Enjoy your favorite shows on one of our SMART TV's and prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For the beach, we provide towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear.
Kamaole Sands is conveniently located close to shopping, the world-class golf courses of Wailea, and great restaurants! Water activities include swimming, fishing, snorkeling, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and kayaking.

Everything we needed and little we didn't. Helped to have a car for travel beyond Kihei, but still a good location far enough away from downtown Kihei to feel isolated with the property itself offering plenty to keep us busy on lazy days.

Fantastic stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property. The hosts were wonderful and made check‑in easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was as advertised and amenities were great. No dealbreaker, but shampoo/conditioner/lotion were not in the property. We had a great time.
