Welcome to this cozy one-bedroom unit, offering ample space to unwind after a day of beachside relaxation. The well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living area provide all the comforts of home, ensuring a delightful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Rest easy in the main bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed and private bathroom, while a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for your convenience.
Please note that this unit accommodates a maximum of four persons with the sleeper sofa. Bath towels and linens are provided for your comfort, though pool and beach towels are not included. Additionally, a refundable security hold will be taken at check-in.
Discover the amenities of our property, including two pools, a charming tiki hut with a TV room, fitness area, and ping pong table, as well as BBQ grills and dining tables nearby. And don't forget the main attraction, Crescent Beach, with its world-famous powdery white sands just steps away!
Siesta Key has that vintage beach type Main Street nostalgia feel to it. Plenty of small, privately owned shops and restaurants to explore. Point of Rocks is known for its fantastic snorkeling. The Beach is the star of the show with gentle waves, turquoise waters, and white sands that stay cool to the touch, even on the hottest day.
Just a short walk away is Midnight Pass Road, where Siesta Key's free trolley runs to transport passengers to both the north and south ends of the key.
An authorization hold is required at check-in and will be released after a satisfactory inspection of the room.

Nice location, private beach area, nice 1 bedroom but very loud active construction site next door. Beeping trucks and jack hammer all day, everyday which was very annoying sitting on balcony. Area had private beach but chairs had to be rented daily and nothing provided by condo. Beach area had odd smell and seaweed was not cleaned up daily. Ended up going few buildings down and staying with friends at their beach area (clean area and options for chairs). Condo provided minimal supplies. No kleenex, garbage bags or paper towels when we arrived. Nothing for beach (towels, umbrella, chairs or extras). Few updates could go a long way with new linens (blood stain on pillow) and towels (bleached, discolored). Complex was accommodating with 2 parking spots per condo which was nice and allowed golf karts on property (other complexes will not allow golf karts). Check in/ out was fast and easy and staff was friendly. Overall stay was good but few updates for the price.

My husband and I have stayed at various condos along Crescent Beach on Siesta Key.
Our unit was very clean, updated, and the view from our balcony was excellent!
The only thing we weren’t used to was that the condo was very sparsely stocked with extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies. With just the two of us, it really wasn’t an issue. Khay, at the front desk was super kind and patient.
We would definitely return to Siesta Sands!

Proximity to beach and local walking restaurants is perfect! Nice view from balcony to the white sand and clear water.
