Near the trolley route, this is a rarely available unit located in a quiet corner of the complex offering a peaceful setting, community pool, club house, laundry room, and on-site bicycle storage.
This is a fully stocked 1 bedroom unit with pullout sofa that sleeps up to 4 total. We provide beach chairs and beach towels!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay the condo was nice although it could use a few updates particularly in the bathroom, where new paint would be good and the tub and sink drains are pretty slow to drain. We asked a couple of times about the beach access, and were told it was across the street. It is across the street but not where it appears. Directly across the street is a private beach access for properties that did not include this one. The public beach access is across the street and more than a block or two down with another walk down a street with properties before reaching the path to the beach. I would have preferred to have been clearly advised about this. We brought a beach wagon but without one it would be carrying a lot for a bit to get to the public beach access that looks like it is directly across the street because of the private access.

Condo served our needs perfectly. Good sized place with spacious living room. Excellent location close to south village and our favorite beach hangout area Point of Rocks. Worked out great for us.
