One Ocean - A 1101

The screened in area was a fantastic bonus and the feeling of being in your own little house was nice.

The out door area and screened in porch could use some indoor/outdoor area rugs.

Todo perfecto no puedo señalar nada que no sea de mi agrado ;limpio ;buena ubicación ;equipado ;nadie nos molestó para nada un viaje maravilloso

Hubo una ruptura en la calle y estuvimos media tarde sin agua pero lo arreglaron y no es culpa del establecimiento ;le recomendaría al establecimiento que le ponga un extractor al baño;solo por el bienestar de el apartamento ;para que tenga más durabilidad el lugar por la humedad pero es solo una observación ;yo lo recomiendo y ojalá cuando vuelva esté disponible

Overall living layout space, outdoor shower, patio, and location were great for our stay! The kitchen storage space was clean and equipped. I reported two issues that required maintenance (a broken towel rack and a nonworking dryer), which were communicated to property management. They sent a rep the same day to repair it or to get parts. They also took the trash and recycling out on our behalf. A rental portal was provided, which was helpful. We had communication was management before and during our stay, which was good.

As a result of a lengthy contract for the rental space, I was expecting a lot more. Something as small as a welcome kit (kitchen sponge, travel size soaps for bathroom, etc.) but only provided travel dish soap. The inside linen closet door was dirty.  Upon checking, the bathroom rack was missing, and there was no other hanging space. There was no working ventilation in the bathroom. Due to this, vents had mildew built up (the maintenance man took note to fix it). The shower head was weak, and the bottom spout would dump when showering. The bed in the main bedroom was too low and soft. The twin beds were creaky. Many of the pillows were flat and old looking. The couch cushions were warped and uncomfortable. The dining seat chairs were dirty. The overall cooling of the space in the bedrooms felt stuffy. We could not lower AC due to rules of contract; unsure if it was due to AC needing upgrading or if adjusting the thermostat would do the trick. Floor fans were included, but 1 of 2 didn't work. Due to issues and for our comfort, we purchased an air mattress and floor fan of our own. I did two loads of laundry to find out the dryer didn't function properly (it didn't spin to dry). Due to this clothes and towels were air-dried; which didn’t feel good on the skin after a day on the beach.  Although  there a number of cons, this place has great potential once issues are addressed. *side note: Sadly, the beach was filled with  trash. Not the Siesta  Key Beach we remember.
