This updated 2BR, 2BA second-floor condo blends comfort and convenience with a screened balcony, modern kitchen, assigned covered parking, and resort-style amenities. You’re close to the south village district, public beach access points, dining, and island conveniences. (Note: New pictures coming soon!)
THE SPACE
- Second floor condo in Building B overlooking the pool. Elevator access
- Open living and dining area with plenty of seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and essentials for cooking at home
- Screened balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks without the bugs
SLEEPING
- Primary: King bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower
- Guest: Two queen beds
- Second full bath serves the guest bedroom
- Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Heated communal pool just a few steps from the building
- Clubhouse, shuffleboard, communal BBQ area
- Southern side of Siesta Key, just a 10-minute walk to Public Beach Accesses #12 & #13 on Crescent Beach
- Close to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, specialty stores, and grocery options
- Siesta Key Village approximately 10 minutes away; free trolley access available

- Complimentary beach items provided: a couple of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels

-Activities subject to availability and change; non-cumulative and non-transferable
-Not available for stays of 25 nights or longer
