Newly renovated and very conveniently located duplex villas at beautiful Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. We have (2) 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments. Each apartment sleeps up to 5 persons. Up to 4 persons included in base rent. Each apartment rented separately. Have your extended family or friends right next door if you rent both.
The units are bright, updated, very clean and very pleasant to stay in. Brand new windows throughout.
Rental units are ground floor with no steps, for easy access, and parking at your door.
UNITS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and completely furnished (including new refrigerator, new oven, new dishwasher, new washer and dryer, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, skillets, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric can opener, gadgets and more
Steps to the beach, steps to the heated pool, and steps to shopping. If you want, you never have to use your car.
We include many items at no extra charge that cost extra elsewhere. Compare!!
Wireless Internet, LCD TV in living room. Coded entrance to heated pool. May use day and night. Steps away! Coded private entrance to beach steps away !
Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, and more- all included!!
Rentals have a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twin sized beds in the other bedroom. Mattresses are top quality and very comfortable. Hi quality fold up cot provided for a 5th guest.
Each unit is equipped with (Linens, pillows, sheets, blankets & towels), full kitchen with utensils and small appliances such as blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. One roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, 1 bar of wrapped soap or liquid soap per bath, dish liquid and 3 kitchen garbage bags are provided for your startup. Laundry detergent and conditioner are not provided. Shared laundry room is located between the units and is free of charge. Iron and portable ironing board are in each unit at no charge.
Each unit has front patio furniture to enjoy relaxing or dining outside.
Gas BBQ grill (propane included) located on patio in privacy fenced back yard, outside showers , umbrella table and chairs and clothes line.
For those with small children we have a My Cot available upon request at no additional charge, but on a first come, first served basis. (We only have 1 ).
Units have central heat and air and on city water. Units are equipped with wireless internet and Amazon Prime TV service and TV. Telephone service is not provided. Please use your own cell phone. .
Shops, grocery stores, fish market, several terrific restaurants, are within a two minute walk. Many shopping malls are a 5 minute drive
**Please note: base rate is for up to 4 guests. A fifth guest is an extra $25 per night. Max 5 guests
**Primary renter must be at least 23 years old to book with us. Unrelated guests with primary must be at least 21 years old. Unaccompanied minors not accepted.
After booking, we will require you to fill out a guest information card, which will ask for name and ages of guests staying with us, address, email and phone of primary renter, emergency contact info, arrival and departure info and choice of code for electronic door lock. We promise that your information will not be shared with anyone.

*****We had an excellent time in Siesta Key, and the villa was better than we expected! It didn't rain a drop all week, and the temps were always in the 80's :) The accommodations were fantastic - it was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there were so many amenities provided that we didn't even have a chance to use them all, lol and we had a visitor come see us a few days, a Snowy Egret, whom we named 'Slim'- it was so cool having a huge bird sit with us on the front patio, and after we went in, he jumped up on the patio table and stared at us through the window!! LOL The location was absolutely perfect, beach, pool & shopping all walking distance. My only request would be for a tea kettle lol though boiling water in a pot worked fine too, I guess I'm just getting picky now ;) (^^^We now provide a tea kettle*^^^)Overall we loved our stay! Thank you Marty & Victoria! We can't wait to come back again, and next time it will be with our kids in tow :)))) *****Great place to stay to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Everything was just as described and extremely clean and neat. Everything is available to make your stay perfect. We would definitely stay again and appreciated the attention to detail. *****Location convenient and close to the beach. Clean and lovely with all the amenities plus extras. Enough towels for an army, with more for the beach. Games and movies available and all the necessary beach toys, chairs coolers etc. comfortable beds. We loved it. Can't wait to come back!
*****This property was exactly what was described. The property was very clean, well-maintained and offered all the amenities of home plus some. The owner, Martin, was extremely nice and accommodating. He not only offered great recommendations on sights/activities but also had flyers/pamphlets in the condo. The area offers a free ride (golf cart style) to the Siesta Key Village (about 10 minutes from the property) which offers many shops and restaurants. Our family couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

This is a great place to stay close to the beach and local shops. Owner was great to deal with and everything was clean. Had a great stay, only wish it was longer!

From the beginning of our reservation process, Martin was fantastic. Great communication, provided lots of information and was able to provide recommendations. The house is incredibly close to the pool and a quick walk to the beach. Our teens loved being all close to 7-11 and the Orange Octopus as well. Very nice touch with the welcome card, candy and wine, much appreciated. House was very clean and in good condition. Plenty of dishes available, pots and pans, everything you could need. Just be sure to bring your condiments. Would definitely return!
