Parking
Island Winds East allows 1 parking pass per unit. After booking, you’ll receive instructions to purchase your parking pass directly through the HOA. Additional paid parking is available across the street at Island Outfitters.
Rental Policies & Procedures:
After booking, guests must complete:
• E-signed rental agreement
• Guest list
• Copy of primary renter’s driver’s license
Check-in information will not be released until all items are completed. Refunds will not be given to guests who do not receive check in information or door codes due to the required information not being completed.
Security Deposit Hold:
A security deposit hold will be placed on your card 3 days prior to arrival. The hold amount varies by property and is shown during checkout. Check-in instructions are sent once the hold is successfully processed.
Contactless Check-In:
Your door code and arrival instructions will be emailed 3 days before arrival once all required documents are submitted. Refunds will not be given to guests who do not receive check in information or door codes due to the required information not being completed.
Cancellation Policy:
Refund percentages apply to the amount received. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

• 1 paper towel roll
• 1 Small hand soap

The beach was amazing. The self check in was easy and convenient. The communication with the host was quick and responsive. The condo was clean and within walking distance to the Dollar General Store and great restaurants such as Bahama Bob’s, Desoto, and Lauria’s. I’ll definitely stay again.

Great property! Very comfortable and easy access to the beach and the Hangout area. Walking distance to everything. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating in the living room.

Didn’t get any sleep because beds were so terrible. Couch was uncomfortable also.
