Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture. In the house: lounge with TV, WiFi, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Storeroom available. 700 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Kauns Gh Alpenrose" 2.5 km, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 42.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Ried im Oberinntal" 7 km.
