Our house on the sun-drenched Kaunerberg features a total of 2 vacation apartments on the 1st floor. This apartment (Apartment Amelie 1) sleeps 4 people; a 5th bed is built into the kitchen-living room. 

The vacation apartments are cozy and furnished with great care. They feature a typical Tyrolean style with plenty of light wood for a truly comfortable atmosphere.

A fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and comfortable beds round out the amenities for your mountain vacation. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains from your balcony and our well-maintained garden.

Each apartment has one parking space right next to the house. An additional parking space for another car or a trailer is available upon request. Also available upon request is a lockable garage for up to 2 motorcycles or bicycles.

In winter, you can quickly reach the top-rated Ladis/Fiss/Serfaus ski resort (214 kilometers of slopes), just 12 km away, or the Kaunertal Glacier (with guaranteed snow from October through May).

You’ll be staying away from the usual tourist hotspots, so you can unwind in peace after a strenuous day of skiing. Whether it’s downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, or snowshoeing, everything is just a few minutes’ drive away.
