This beautiful holiday home is located 10 minutes above Kauns at an altitude of approx. 1,300 m on the Kaunerberg in a quiet location. It has a cosy eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, ideal for a family with 2 adults and 2 children, as well as a separate bathroom. In the private garden you can enjoy a relaxing barbecue or soak up the sun in summer. In winter, the ski areas of Fendels, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis or the Kaunertal Glacier are within easy reach
The Tyrolean municipality of Kaunerberg is one of the regions in North Tyrol with the least precipitation and the most sunshine. The Kaunergrat Nature Park offers locals and holidaymakers pure nature! From the Kaunerberg Water Trail to panoramic trails, there are unforgettable things to discover. Follow in the footsteps of wild animals and learn all kinds of interesting facts about flora and fauna at the same time - everything is possible in the Kaunergrat Nature Park. Discover the Gacher Blick viewing platform or catch a fish in the Schnadinger Weiher pond, which could well end up on your barbecue.
