There is a gourmet kitchen for all your culinary creations and walk-in showers in each bathroom! Enjoy a large fenced backyard for your furry family member and fire pit for those evening gatherings. Enjoy your meals with spacious outdoor covered deck and BBQ to grill up your catch of the day! Area for boat parking 10X45 feet. Pet fees apply. Two outside driveway floodlight video cameras that record the front yard, sidewalk and driveways, located at the north and south roof corners. Pet Fee $125 per stay.

Great location and perfect for a family getaway!The host was great. Very nice and an excellent communicator. This house was perfect for my family on our little vacation. Very beachy! All rooms were nice. And the back yard was huge, fenced, and perfect for a fire or grilling. Downtown was a couple blocks away and is an easy, safe walk. Also, my pet was welcomed. He loved the back yard! I highly recommend this rental. Thanks, Tony!

This was the perfect house for our stay in PSJ. The location allowed us to walk to the shops, restaurants, & anywhere else we wanted to go. It was very clean, had great lighting & an open floor plan.
